Welcome to Stripes Ahead. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Stripes Ahead platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The platform is designed for serving police officers preparing for the National Police Promotion Framework (NPPF) Part 1 Sergeants examination. You must be a serving police officer in England or Wales to use this service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each account is licensed for use on a single device at a time.
Access to the full platform requires a one-time registration fee. Once paid, you receive lifetime access to all current and future course content. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We may offer a free trial period at our discretion. During the trial, you have full access to all platform features. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires payment of the registration fee. No payment details are required to start a trial.
All course materials, interview questions, guidance notes, and other content on the platform are the intellectual property of Stripes Ahead. You may not copy, distribute, share, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to access the platform from multiple devices simultaneously; copy or redistribute course materials; use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
One-to-one coaching sessions are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, please contact us.
Stripes Ahead provides study materials and guidance. We do not guarantee exam success. The platform is provided as is.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On deletion request, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where legally required.
