Shaun Page spent over two decades in policing — from response and neighbourhood teams to leading major investigations as a Detective Chief Inspector. Along the way he mentored dozens of officers through promotion and sat on the boards that decide who gets the stripes.
He built Stripes Ahead because he was tired of watching capable officers fail the process, not the job — undone by preparation, not ability.
